    WhatsApp Assistant & Automation

    • • Our WhatsApp number uses an automated assistant to answer product questions and prepare order requests.
    • • Messages you send may be processed by secure third-party AI services to generate helpful replies.
    • • Confirmed order requests are shared with our sales team, who contact you to finalise stock, pricing, payment, and delivery.

    • • WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy provided by Meta.

    How We Use and Keep Your Data

    Use, Retention & Sharing

    • • We use your data only to respond to your enquiries, process order requests, arrange delivery or pickup, and improve our products and service.
    • • WhatsApp chat messages are automatically deleted from our systems after 90 days. Confirmed order records are kept longer for accounting and customer-service history.
    • • We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our service — such as Meta (WhatsApp), our secure hosting and database providers, and AI processing services — and only to the extent necessary.
    • • We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted access to customer records and secure, encrypted connections.
