    Returns for Defective Products, Hassle-Free Exchanges

    Trime Animal Feeds complies with the Competition Authority of Kenya and Consumer Protection Act guidelines. We stand behind the quality of every feed, additive, and raw material we dispatch across Nairobi and the wider Kenyan market.

    Return Eligibility (Defective Goods Only)

    • • Only manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit qualify for a return.
    • • Please inform us immediately (and within 7 calendar days of delivery) so we can log the issue.
    • • Items must remain unopened, unused, and in the original packaging for inspection.
    • • A valid sales receipt or delivery note is mandatory for every case.
    • • We may request photos or a physical inspection before approving the return.

    Exchanges Available

    • • We offer exchanges for defective items once the issue is validated.
    • • Provide the original receipt and keep the product in deliverable condition.
    • • Replacement stock is dispatched within Nairobi at no extra courier cost.
    • • If the exact product is out of stock, we will recommend an equivalent item or issue credit.
    • • For bulk or custom formulations, exchanges are handled case by case.

    How to Start a Return or Exchange

    Follow These Steps

    1. Gather your valid product receipt/delivery note and take clear photos of the defect.
    2. Contact our team via phone or WhatsApp with your order number and proof of purchase.
    3. Allow our quality team to review the claim. We may schedule an inspection or request additional details.
    4. Once approved, we will coordinate collection and dispatch of a replacement or issue a credit note.

    Please do not return any items to our warehouse without a confirmed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Trime Animal Feeds.
